If there is a better way to add rigor to the curriculum, I want to hear it.

If you want to explore debate, wonderful. If you want to explore music, wonderful.

We need to do a better job of explaining it.

Whatever is going to trip the student's trigger is fine with me. If it makes them come to school to want to learn for social reasons... that's a wonderful reason to want to excel.
